Job Description
Join a Team That Keeps the Business Connected LeachGarner, a division of Richline Group, is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Administrator to lead infrastructure operations at our Attleboro, MA location while providing technical oversight and support for our facility in Roanoke, VA . This is a hands-on role for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, driving operational excellence, and supporting enterprise technologies across multiple locations. As a critical member of our IT Operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure while partnering closely with Cybersecurity, Service Desk, GRC, business stakeholders, vendors, and corporate IT leadership. What You Will Do Administer enterprise networks, switching, routing, wireless, VPNs, firewalls, and WAN connectivity Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 services Support Entra ID, MFA, virtualization platforms, backup and disaster recovery Coordinate infrastructure security, patching, vulnerability remediation, and incident response Provide technical leadership for Virginia operations Lead multi-site infrastructure projects and maintain technical documentation Participate in on-call and after-hours support rotations What We Are Looking For 5-8 years of systems, network, or infrastructure administration experience Strong Windows Server and Active Directory expertise Experience with routing, switching, VPNs, wireless, and firewalls VMware and/or Hyper-V experience Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity administration experience Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Ability to travel periodically to various Company locations for implementations and projects Preferred Qualifications Fortinet and Cisco experience PowerShell scripting skills Multi-site enterprise environment experience Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or Fortinet certifications Why Join LeachGarner?
