Manufacturing Systems Administrator LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Manufacturing Systems Administrator who will provide hands-on administration, technical support, and project delivery for business-critical manufacturing and operational technology systems within a GMP/GxP-regulated environment. This role centers on ensuring system availability, security, compliance, and documentation while collaborating across Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation, IT, Quality, Validation, and external vendor teams. Responsibilities Administer and support manufacturing and operational technology systems including MES, Plant
PAX, INFOR CMMS, AVEVA PI
System, PIMS, and RTMS Maintain system availability, security, and compliance across all supported platforms in a GMP/GxP-regulated environment Manage and maintain system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between manufacturing and enterprise systems Own and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system configuration records Support hardware infrastructure tied to manufacturing and operational technology systems Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation, IT, Quality, Validation, and external vendors to deliver technical solutions and resolve issues Execute system upgrades, deployments, and project deliverables on time and within scope Support audits and validation activities, with availability for occasional off-hours needs Qualifications 5+ years of experience administering and supporting manufacturing or operational technology systems Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Plant
PAX, INFOR CMMS, AVEVA PI
System, PIMS / Plant Information Management Systems, or RTMS / Real-Time Monitoring Systems Demonstrated experience working in GMP/GxP-regulated environments Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues Proven project execution skills, including planning, coordination, and delivery of system upgrades and deployments Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external vendors Compensation $50-60
