Network Administrator Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District - 3.4 Spencer, MA Job Details Full-time $64,000 - $74,000 a year 20 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Full Job Description The Network Administrator procures, supervises, develops and maintains all technology hardware, software, applications and services for all district students and staff. Responsibilities include the planning, design, procurement, management, training, maintenance, repair, or configuration for any and all district technology services and devices.
Additional Responsibilities and duties:
Provide a top tier support for all problems and technology requests escalated by Technology Department Staff.

Manage and complete ticket requests not resolved by prior tier support.

Appropriately escalates tickets that fall outside of the technology department's scope of responsibility or ability to complete. Escalation may involve gathering and forwarding relevant information to a different department or to third party contractors and managing the problem through to a successful solution.

Establish and maintain the network and all devices by evaluating performance issues including availability, utilization, throughout and planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls; maintain documentation. Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintain documentation.

Set, report on, manage and realize, in collaboration with the Superintendent of Schools, the vision, the goals, priorities, and projects of the SEBRSD Technology Department. Supervise Tier I and Tier II technology support staff.

Maintain and develop efficient and effective vendor and contractor relationships to meet the academic, business and budgetary goals of the school district. Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent of Schools.
