Description Install, test and troubleshoot fiber optic and copper cabling, including patch panels and patch cords Work with a partner to move enterprise equipment from loading docks Reporting current status via ticketing system, status reports, and email Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain collocation space cleanliness Inventory, track and manage project related materials throughout project lifecycle Follow all production, safety and quality standards, codes and industry best practices Complete understanding of industry cable test procedures and equipment for a variety of different cabling systems (Copper/Fiber test equipment, OTDR, Network analyzer, vfl etc.) Good grasp of written and spoken English Possession of problem solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s) Thorough understanding of Cat 5e, Cat 6 and

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.79 - $25.79/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
