Services Technician Ann Arbor, MI

At Sartorius, we are seeking a Services Technician to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI. In this onsite role you will have the ability to troubleshoot & repair electromechanical devices to original manufacture specifications. You must also be able to legibly document all repair work, and prep unit for shipment back to customer. The holder should have thorough knowledge of electromechanical instrumentation and calibration procedures, software, techniques and tools, used in order to carry out the necessary tasks. Onsite position located in Ann Arbor, MI. What you will accomplish together with us:

Perform metrological checks of customer instrumentationPerform software upgrades and modifications on new orders as neededRepair and evaluate customer equipment as well as demo/returnsMaintain accurate repair recordsUtilize your knowledge to prepare repair estimatesOne of your tasks will be to follow and understand

Associate degree with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or High School Diploma/GED and equivalent combination of industry experience and/or technical/military training3+ years' experience in related field experienceStrong aptitude to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipmentExperience working with ISO requirements and other relevant guidelines and regulationsFamiliarity of Windows based software, with the ability to learn and understand diagnostic softwareProficiency in
