Description:
We are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to provide hands-on technical support and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role will focus on end-user support, server maintenance, and network administration while working closely with IT leadership.
Responsibilities/skills:
Level 2/3 helpdesk support and systems administration Working with IT leadership and other Systems Admin Support manufacturing facility with desktops, work stations, zebra printers, scanners, access points, and related end user and network equipment Management and cleanup of servers, upgrades, and optimization IT systems and network administration for for 8-10 facilities
Qualifications:
1-2+ years experience in an IT position Associate's or bachelor's degree a plus Industry certifications are a plus Onsite support experience in manufacturing environment preferred Scanners and zebra printers Basic server and network experience and understanding Ability to travel to satellite locations on the Eastern part of the United States up to 30% of the time #IND1
