Job Description
C.H. Robinson is looking for a Business Systems Administrator (Coupa) to support and optimize the technologies that power our Intake-to-Pay (I2P) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes. In this role, you will serve as a key support partner for Levelpath, Coupa, supplier enablement, and day-to-day system operations. You will work cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues, improve system functionality, manage integrations, and help ensure our business systems run smoothly. Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Own and optimize business systems that support intake, purchasing, invoicing, and related workflows Keep critical business applications running smoothly through upgrades, patches, integrations, and ongoing enhancements Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, increase adoption, and support scalable system solutions Manage user access, approvals, workflows, and configurations to ensure systems are accurate, efficient, and compliant Monitor system performance, adoption, and service levels to identify opportunities for improvement Troubleshoot system, supplier, transaction, and implementation issues to keep business processes moving Support supplier onboarding, catalog setup, catalog maintenance, and system-related process updates Gather business requirements and translate user needs into practical system enhancements Support requisitions, purchase orders, supplier records, and supplier governance processes Protect data integrity, security, compliance, and process controls across the business systems lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields Minimum 2 years of experience with procurement operations, ERP, eProcurement, I2P/P2P, eCatalog, supplier enablement, contracts Work a flexible schedule on occasion to accommodate meetings outside standard business hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with procurement or intake management platforms/solutions like Coupa and/or Levelpath Analyze data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and recommend practical business solutions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a remote team. Knowledge of and experience with SaaS software, including implementation and configuration. Compensation Range $70,200.00 - $111,000.00 The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
