If interested in a CAREER, we are willing to train and invest but require responsible, reliable and accountable staff members that are also willing to invest in themselves and us. Primary responsibilities will include working with clients as a primary contact, processing and oversight of Payroll, Timekeeping, HR and Related Services.
Required skills include:
Excellent people and customer service skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; WILLING and ABLE to learn SYSTEMS including Payroll, Timekeeping, Tax, Vendor and related; able to troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate with technical support, co-workers, clients and tax/government agencies; able to handle time sensitive deadlines, work with confidential data, review and confirm accuracy, double check work and ask ALOT of questions; confident in yourself, your skills and know what you bring to the table. This is a full-time position. Hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday - Friday. Possible Saturday or Sunday couple times per year during Quarterly OR Year End. Starting wage is negotiable and depends on experience. Pay rate increases, bonuses and other incentives are work performance driven. Hard work and initiative are greatly appreciated and rewarded.
