Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Design, test, implement, and maintain enterprise-class servers and network infrastructure. Serve as a technical resource for other IT staff in the development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of information systems and applications. Perform enterprise-level capacity planning and performance tuning for assigned technology systems. Lead disaster recovery planning and implementation across the enterprise. Manage and maintain all systems related to backup and recovery processes. Monitor system security and develop appropriate response plans for assigned areas. Develop and maintain technical documentation, internal operating procedures, and user manuals. Install, configure, and maintain application software and computer hardware. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to systems support staff in accordance with established policies and procedures. Evaluate new software and hardware solutions; recommend upgrades or replacements as needed. Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical manuals and system documentation. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Status:
Full-time, exempt, benefited Working hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Hybrid workplace options are available.
Location:
Columbia, Missouri Qualifications:
CompTIA A+ Certification, Current CompTIA Network+, and Current CompTIA Server+ or ability to obtain certification within six months; high school diploma or GED and five years of computer systems administration or network maintenance and design experience; must have a clear criminal record (excluding traffic violations). Must pass an FBI criminal background check including a national fingerprint check through law enforcement agencies
Salary Range:
