We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a Systems Administrator to join their close-knit IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in Microsoft technologies who enjoys hands-on infrastructure work and wants to continue growing their skills.

You'll work alongside experienced IT professionals supporting a Microsoft-focused environment while gaining exposure to new technologies, infrastructure projects, and emerging Microsoft AI solutions.

This is an onsite role that does require 1 Saturday a month virtual for pushing updatesWhat You'll Be DoingAdminister and support Microsoft 365 and Exchange OnlineMaintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environmentsManage Active Directory and Entra ID user accounts, groups, and permissionsAssist with onboarding, offboarding, and access managementMonitor system health, performance, and availabilityPerform server patching, upgrades, and routine maintenanceSupport backup and recovery processesTroubleshoot infrastructure and end-user issuesAssist with administration of the company's 3CX VoIP environmentParticipate in infrastructure improvements and technology implementationsExplore and evaluate new Microsoft technologies, including AI-related initiatives
