This is a full-time position servicing the Apex, NC area. We are currently looking for an experienced, professional service technician and installer with excellent customer service skills. Expectations

• 3-5 years of service experience and or installation experience, with at least 2 years servicing large integrated security systems
• Knowledge of major brands of access control and video surveillance systems, both hardware and software is required
• Strong computer software and networking skills required
• Product knowledge, experience, and or certifications with ProWatch, AMAG, RS2, Lenel, and Genetec access control system/video systems are preferred Responsibilities
• The servicing of CCTV, access control systems, intrusion detection, communications, and many other low voltage systems
• Programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of these systems at customer locations
• Documenting services performed, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, and supporting service sales
• Quality control is of most importance and will be emphasized at all installations
