Our client is a global enterprise organization seeking a Senior Linux Cloud Storage Engineer / Architect to join their infrastructure team in Charlotte, NC. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a highly technical engineer with expertise in Red Hat Linux, Oracle Linux/OLVM, VMware, Azure hybrid cloud, enterprise storage, and HPE Synergy composable infrastructure . The role is focused on architecture, engineering, and platform modernization in a large-scale production environment currently supporting 600+ virtual machines with plans to scale significantly. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact technical leadership role where you will influence enterprise platform strategy across Linux, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure. The organization is looking for a senior-level engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, modernizing enterprise environments, and mentoring other engineers. This role offers strong exposure to large-scale infrastructure growth, hybrid cloud initiatives, automation, and the opportunity to evolve into leadership or SME responsibilities.
