SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Tier I Systems Administrator, monitors vital servers for possible outages, creates user accounts on various networks, assists in resolving client related issues, coordinating with both Help Desk, Networking, and Tier II/III personnel. Captures resolution of issues elevated to Tier II support for later use in identifying systemic issues. Performs the administrative operation and maintenance of printer server hardware and software. Manages and images client computers. Maintains baseline configurations and performs modification of configuration settings. Institutes troubleshooting and incident response procedures.

The Systems Administrator must have:
Education:

Technical Training Associates Degree in related field

Experience:
2+ years of related experience Technical skills:
DOD 8570 IAT

Level II required Windows 10 and Service Desk Administration experience required Competent to work at a high technical level on all phases of information systems operations Good communication skills; shows tact, effective listening skills and follow through Provides technical guidance with administrators with less experience Must be able to effectively conduct and interpret tests, and troubleshoot solutions of moderately complex operational problems Detail oriented and organized; able to understand information systems and ensure accuracy of work Minimum of 2 year experience with troubleshooting the following enterprise components: Windows , Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM DNS,DHCP, Terminal Services, Printers, Digital Senders Security clearance level: TS/SCI Required US citizenship required Role requirements: Position is On-Site in Aberdeen, NC Must be able to Lift Over 35 Lbs

The likely salary range for this position is $59,500 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
