The purpose of the Operational Excellence System Specialist is to support the effective and efficient cascade of information and action within the various management, strategy, and improvement systems at all levels of the organization including the implementation, maintenance and coaching of methods, tools, processes, and routines within the system.What You'll Do:
Attends and coordinate all system-level management system meetings Populate agenda, sends to steering team for approval Set up meeting space, pull up documents on AV including presentations and other media Offers appropriate guidance and facilitation during the meeting regarding due dates, tracking/monitoring, time management of the agenda, standard work and process, and observed or documented barriers to progress Onboard new system members to the management system Maintains, updates, and improves as needed all standard work to operationalize the management system Provides servant leadership as well as upholds lean leadership qualities that foster a culture of continuous improvement and respect for people And more.Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in administration, health care, or business, Required. 5 years of experience in a in a busy, complex environment required. Medical terminology required, Required Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, Required Advanced skills in Microsoft office,Required Why You'll Love Us:
