Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Windows servers and overall infrastructure performance. Perform server updates, patching, and security configurations. Monitor system health and troubleshoot to resolve technical issues effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on modernization goals. Document system configurations and processes to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven expertise in Windows Server management, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Strong understanding of server hardware, virtualization technologies, and networking fundamentals. Experience in managing large-scale server environments and ensuring high availability. Demonstrated familiarity with security best practices in server environments. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
