Job Requirements Moorestown, NJ Secret Polygraph not specified Entry Level (less than 2 yrs experience) Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across both Linux and Windows environments. This role is responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and automation to ensure reliable and secure operations in a production environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) systems
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents to ensure high availability
  • Perform system patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls using Active Directory and LDAP
  • Support and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
  • Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell and/or Bash to automate routine tasks
  • Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions
  • Configure and support core services including DNS, DHCP, file systems, and web services
  • Deploy, manage, and update software using enterprise tools
  • Maintain accurate system documentation, configurations, and procedures
  • Ensure systems comply with security policies, standards, and best practices
  • Provide Tier II/III support and collaborate with network, security, and engineering teams Required Qualification
  • 1-2 years of experience administering Windows and Linux systems
  • Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • Hands-on experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting virtualized environments
  • Scripting experience using PowerShell and/or Bash
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Experience working in enterprise or production environments Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of system hardening, security best practices, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience supporting DevOps or CI/CD environments
