Type:
full-time System Network Administrator Contract-to-Hire | Princeton, NJ Responsibilities Provide desktop and laptop break/fix support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Manage ticket queue, including prioritization, resolution, documentation, and escalation. Perform PC imaging, deployment, software installation, and SCCM-based patching and software distribution. Support Active Directory user accounts, printers, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 applications. Monitor Veeam backups, perform tape rotations, and assist with basic recovery procedures. Support local IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Cisco switches, network connectivity, and Check Point firewalls. Maintain asset inventory and technical documentation. Required Skills Strong desktop support and troubleshooting experience. Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server support.
SCCM/MECM
administration, software deployment, and endpoint management. Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Cisco switches, and Check Point firewalls. Experience with Veeam backups and infrastructure support. Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of IT support experience. Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments preferred. Familiarity with EasyVista, Jira, or ServiceNow. Ability to work independently in a hands-on site support role.
