Diagnose and recommend corrective actions to remedy software and/or hardware problems Participate in the planning, implementation and installation of new systems based upon City and user needs Receive and analyze requests for services; coordinate with staff members to fill requests.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in information systems, computer science or a related field, plus one (1) year of information systems experience. 30 hours per week CHW8010
