They play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational excellence of UB, recognized as the top public research university in New York and ranked among the top 40 public universities nationwide. This is a campus-based position with the possibility of hybrid-work.

Responsibilities Include:

Provide on-premises and cloud IT system support, including windows servers Participate in design and implementation of new on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure and systems Communicate professionally & effectively with teammates, management, peers, colleagues, and university constituents Maintain and improve technical and professional knowledge and skills Work as part of a team
