Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Service Technician that is Ford certified to join our team and drive excellence in industrial maintenance and equipment troubleshooting. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing manufacturing equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly and accurately. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, maintenance history, and inventory management. Conduct electrical work involving low voltage, high voltage, industrial electrician tasks, including wiring and circuit analysis. Use field service techniques to repair or replace components on programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems, scissor lifts, and other industrial machinery. Collaborate with service advisors to support customer needs and provide technical guidance on equipment operation or upgrades. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Skills Extensive experience working within manufacturing facilities with a solid understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings essential for troubleshooting complex systems. Strong electrical experience with knowledge of low voltage systems, high voltage safety procedures, and electrical testing tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters. Skilled in hydraulics, welding (including <
LOCATION
> welding), HVAC/R systems, and mechanical repairs involving precision instruments. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely using proper certifications; familiarity with industrial mechanic principles is highly valued. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English. Analysis skills that enable effective diagnosis of equipment failures and implementation of corrective actions swiftly. Knowledge of CMMS software

From $18.50 per hour
