Description We are seeking a Systems Administrator to support a TEKsystems Client, providing both Linux server administration and end-user technical support for faculty and staff. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting Linux-based systems, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance while also serving as a key technical resource for daily IT operations. In addition to infrastructure support, this role will provide Tier 2 desktop support across a mixed computing environment that includes both Windows and macOS devices. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with end users, has strong troubleshooting abilities, and enjoys delivering high-quality customer service. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, communication skills, and a commitment to supporting the mission of the client. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
