  • As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Advisor Sr, you will lead finance annual and continuous planning and provide advanced analytics and executive reporting that enable investment decisions, delivery accountability, and value realization across our portfolio.
You will establish and run the operating rhythms that connect strategy → investment → execution → outcomes, ensuring leaders have clear visibility into priorities, forecasts, spend, delivery performance, and risks. This role requires a highly organized, outcomes-driven professional who is hyper focused on advanced reporting and dashboarding (Power BI, Power Apps/Power Platform), comfortable operating in ambiguity, and confident engaging directly with C‑Suite and senior executives—translating complex data into decisive, executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
  • Core Responsibilities
  • Finance Annual & Continuous Planning Leadership
  • + Lead end-to-end annual planningfor the function, including timeline orchestration, intake, prioritization support, consolidation of inputs, validation, and executive readouts.
+ Drivecontinuous planning(monthly/quarterly reforecasts, plan variance reviews, scenario planning), ensuring decisions are anchored in current data and delivery realities. + Establish planning governance (calendars, milestones, decision points, entry/exit criteria) and ensure stakeholder readiness for leadership and finance forums. + Partner with finance and portfolio stakeholders to connect plan assumptions to delivery capacity and forecast accuracy—raising issues early andrecommendingcorrective actions.
  • Advanced Analytics, Reporting & Executive Dashboarding (Power BI / Power Apps)
  • + Design, build, andmaintainexecutive-grade dashboardsthat providea single sourceof truth across planning,spend, forecasting, delivery performance, and value outcomes usingPower BI.
+ Build and managePower Apps / Power Platform solutionsto streamline planning intake, approvals, workflow tracking, and data quality controls—reducing manual reporting effort and cycle time. + Create advanced reporting artifacts (executive scorecards, drill-down views, automated distribution, QBR-ready and Board-ready materials) with consistent standards for definitions, visuals, and narratives. + Develop and continuously improve the underlying data structures and reporting logic (KPIs, metric definitions, consistent hierarchies) to ensure integrity, comparability, and repeatability of reporting.
  • Delivery Analytics & Portfolio Performance Insights
  • + Track performance against plan (budget vs.
actuals, forecast accuracy, run vs. change investment, and delivery health indicators), surfacing trends, gaps, and drivers with clear recommendations. + Build analytics that connectinvestment to outcomes(progress-to-plan, delivery milestones, value realization signals), enabling leaders to make trade-off decisions quickly and confidently. + Proactivelyidentifyemerging risks, dependency impacts, or underperformance patterns and propose mitigation plans and decision options.
  • Executive Partnership, Influence & Ambiguity Navigation
  • + Serve as atrusted advisorto senior leaders: bring structure to ambiguous asks, clarify the decision needed, define the measurement approach, and drive to a clear deliverable.
+ Influence cross-functional partners without authority by setting standards,aligning ondefinitions, and driving adoption of common planning and reporting routines. + Prepare and deliver executive-ready narratives that clearlyarticulate:what changed, why it changed, what it means, and what decision/action is recommended.
  • Operational Discipline & Continuous Improvement
  • + Establish and manage operating rhythms (weekly/monthly performance routines, planning checkpoints, executive readouts) that drive accountability and decisionvelocity.
+ Identifyopportunities to improve planning and reporting processes,eliminateredundancies, automate reporting, and strengthen governance. + Stay current on Power BI / Power Platform capabilities and internal standards to continuously modernize reporting and tooling.

  • Base Salary:
    $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
