POSITION
Technology Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible technology experience. Experience managing networks, cybersecurity, cloud services, and technology infrastructure. Experience in a K–12 educational environment is preferred. Experience with establishing computer networks and in basic computer repairs. Experience in accessing information networks. Windows Server Active Directory installation, configuration & administration required. Ability to troubleshoot switches and wireless APs and network. Google Administrator Certification preferred. Demonstrated experience administering Google Admin Console and managing Google Workspace environments is required. Proficiency with Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and related collaboration tools. CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred but not required. Experience with network administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, security controls, and industry best practices. Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace platforms. Familiarity with Student Information Systems (SIS) and educational technology applications. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Must have a successful drug test Must have successful BCI and FBI background checks Must be willing and able to carry out the duties of the job description
