ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory About the Role Client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented ServiceNow Administrator with a technical background in IT or SaaS platforms, along with ServiceNow CSA certification. This role is ideal for early‑career professionals transitioning into ServiceNow platform administration and seeking to build strong foundational expertise. The selected candidate will support platform operations, assist with configuration tasks, and collaborate with cross‑functional IT and business teams to ensure smooth platform performance. Required Qualifications Background in IT, SaaS platforms, IT support, or enterprise applications. Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. Basic understanding of ITIL or IT service management concepts. Familiarity with JavaScript, workflows, UI policies, or platform configuration concepts (academic or hands-on). Ability to troubleshoot logically and collaborate with global teams. Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn the ServiceNow ecosystem.
