Develop, maintain, and support production traceability systems and databases Create applications for office staff to improve efficiency and integration across plant functions Write and maintain reporting tools and data analytics solutions Analyze collected production and business data to support operations and decision-making Maintain and enhance the intranet site Provide technical support for applications, databases, and general systems Troubleshoot routine and complex database and application issues Provide database training and communicate development opportunities to staff Support cross-functional teams with system improvements and integration solutions Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support critical production systems Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S) Demonstrate strong commitment to internal and external customer satisfaction Required Qualifications • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining Microsoft SQL Server (2005 or later) Strong programming experience in: Visual Basic (VB / VBScript) C# JavaScript
