Your Key Responsibilities Support sales staff and customers with engineering expertise regarding products. Provide guidance on installation and applications as assigned. Provide sales support with engineering expertise regarding products and applications. Perform conceptual work for specific customer requirements, and support customers in this respect. Assess and interpret technical data, document and communicate findings. Initiate measures to develop or adapt product and service concepts (if required) to better match market requirements. Support assembly, installation, setup and utilization of products and systems at customers site if appropriate and necessary. Your Qualifications Under graduate Degree in Engineering. 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support, service engineering, or sales engineering role. Strong technical knowledge of products, applications, and engineering principles relevant to the industry. Ability to provide technical guidance and support to sales teams and customers regarding product installation, application, and utilization. Experience or aptitude for performing conceptual and customized engineering work to meet specific customer requirements. Proactive approach to identifying and initiating product or service improvements to better align with market and customer needs. Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
