Service Support Specialists Full Time Classic BMW Willoughby Hills, Ohio Join one of Northeast Ohio's most trusted automotive teams! We are now hiring a Full-Time Service Support Specialist for Classic BMW in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity perfect for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are looking to build a career in the automotive industry. About the Role As a Service Support Specialist , you'll play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our Service Department to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Monday thru Thrusday 7AM-4PM and Fridays 9AM-6PM Responsibilities include: Primary Responsibilities Moving and parking vehicles throughout the service area and lot Checking in customer vehicles (including video walkarounds for condition and damage documentation) Assisting Dispatch with pulling vehicles into bays for technicians Supporting loaner vehicle control and managing check-in/check-out processes Washing, vacuuming, and preparing vehicles for customer pick-up and showroom display Maintaining a clean and organized service drive and shop area Assisting Advisors with customer pick-ups (including quality control checks before delivery) Providing general support to the Service Manager, Advisors, and Dispatch as needed This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, reliability, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
