IT Associate (Part-Time)

Starting Pay:

$30.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and knowledgeable IT Associate to support and maintain the technology systems at our hot springs resort. This position is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network and security systems, and ensuring reliable day-to-day IT operations for staff and guests. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a hospitality environment. Responsibilities Manage and maintain resort IT systems and infrastructure Support and troubleshoot Wi-Fi and networking systems Maintain and manage Active Directory environments Configure, maintain, and monitor NAS storage systems Assist with security systems and related technology Provide general technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues Perform routine system updates, backups, and maintenance Respond to staff IT requests in a timely and professional manner Help ensure reliable connectivity and system performance throughout the property Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred OR 2-3 years of experience managing IT systems and networks Working knowledge of: Active Directory Wi-Fi and networking systems NAS systems Security systems Experience with Synology products preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and customer service skillsCompensation & Schedule Part-time position: 24 hours per week Starting pay: $30.00 per hour We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on IT work and takes pride in keeping systems running smoothly in a guest-focused environment.
