Systems Administrator

Robert Half is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a mid-sized IT environment based in Newberg, Oregon. This role is 100% onsite!

This individual will focus primarily on infrastructure administration, server maintenance, and Azure support, while also assisting with escalated help desk issues when needed. This is a mid-level role intended to support the existing team and maintain stability across the environment.

Part-time; 20 hours per week Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Windows Server environmentsSupport and manage Azure infrastructure, including Azure Virtual DesktopAssist with Azure identity administration (Entra / Azure AD)Perform server patching, updates, and ongoing system maintenanceSupport infrastructure-related initiatives such as virtual desktop updates and server improvementsTroubleshoot and resolve system performance, availability, and access issuesAssist with help desk escalations and overflow tickets when neededCoordinate with external vendors to triage networking issuesMaintain system reliability and ensure infrastructure operates efficientlyWork on assigned infrastructure projects and ongoing maintenance tasks
