Quality Life Services operates 10 skilled nursing facilities, as well as a Family Home Health and Hospice, Quality Medical Associates, Quality Pharmacy, and Quality Staffing. We have over 40 years of industry-leading experience and offer a wide range of services from skilled nursing, personal care, home health, hospice, as well as our own pharmacy. We see our employees as a part of our family. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Monitor network performance, uptime, and security using network management tools; proactively address issues. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems for clinical and administrative users. Support implementation and maintenance of network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. Perform routine system updates, patching, and firmware upgrades. Assist with network segmentation and performance optimization initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, diagrams, and inventory records. Ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements and organizational security policies. Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution. Travel to facilities as needed to provide on-site technical support and assistance. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in network administration or a related IT role. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting. Experience with network hardware such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or similar systems. Familiarity with firewall configuration and network security best practices. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
