Job Description

Purpose:
The System Administrator provides front-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure efficient and effective use of company technology. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining IT equipment, and assisting users across the organization
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, maintain, and support IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networked systems Manage and optimize Microsoft Intune for endpoint provisioning, compliance, security policies, and application deployment Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure AD Provide technical support and escalation assistance for end-user hardware, software, and connectivity issues Collaborate with teams to design and deploy PowerApps and Power Automate solutions that streamline business operations Monitor and maintain system performance, backups, and security compliance Identify opportunities to automate or improve existing IT workflows and processes Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users, ensuring proper access and device setup Perform all other duties as assigned Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, desktop support, or similar IT roles Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and device management in an M365 environment Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration Experience creating or maintaining PowerApps or Power Automate workflows a plus Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and general networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.) Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirement
