Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Support professional for a direct hire opportunity in Monroeville, PA. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, explaining technology in a clear way, and working in a fast-paced customer support and sales environment. As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will assist customers with satellite internet services, answer inbound questions, support account and service needs, and recommend solutions that match each customer's connectivity needs. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions while providing support and promoting satellite internet services.
- Assist customers with equipment activation, password resets, service plan management, order requests, and general account inquiries.
- Educate customers on product features, speed, reliability, installation details, hardware options, and service availability.
- Recommend tailored plans based on customer needs and work toward sales targets, conversion goals, and quality standards.
- Accurately process orders, update customer information, and document each interaction in company systems.
- Create a positive customer experience through empathy, patience, active listening, and clear communication. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $16 to $17 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire, full-time.
Schedule:
Friday through Tuesday. Third Shift start anywhere between 9pm-1am- Paid training on customer support and satellite internet technology.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or telecommunications is helpful.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to everyday customers.
- Comfortable using computers, multiple systems, and communication tools.
- Goal driven mindset with a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work various shifts depending on program needs. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications, call center support, or technical customer service.
- Experience meeting sales targets, conversion goals, quality metrics, or performance standards.
- Familiarity with internet service, connectivity troubleshooting, account support, or service plan management.
