Ansell is looking for a Customer Service, Account Specialist to join our team in Iselin, NJ! The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 US Dollars per year. Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. In this position you will play a vital role in nurturing, retaining and growing customer relationships while providing accurate order processing and fulfillment. Enable customer retention by establishing and fostering sustainable relationships through open and proactive communication. Monitor order patterns and contact customers for prompt reorder. Document and report quality or service complaints; ask questions to determine root causes and ensure a swift resolution. Support marketing initiatives by tracking lead volume, source, and conversion rates of product campaigns. Represent Ansell as the global product innovator by providing technical product expertise and recommending solutions that meet customers' protection needs. What will you bring to Ansell? 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Customer Service Knowledge of CRM databases (Oracle and/or Fourth Shift), Salesforce and/or Trackwise Digital experience a plus! Proficiency with MS Office. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to handle frustrated customers with patience and diplomacy, continually looking to find solutions in the best interest of the customer and the company.
