You'll thrive in this position if you're technical, have a global mindset, and bring a passion for customer support to a fast-paced, high-impact environment Key Responsibilities Manage full order lifecycle with accuracy and SLA compliance. Coordinate with data centers to resolve blockers and maintain progress. Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth execution and inventory alignment. Provide proactive updates and timely responses to client inquiries. Serve as primary contact for all order-related activities and transparency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 2-3 years in customer operations, order management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing service level agreements and vendor relationships. Skilled in using CRM systems and order management platforms to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally and maintaining productive vendor and customer relationships. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the financial services or technology sector, with familiarity in data center and network operations, as well as prior exposure to Nasdaq products or services. Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks, with a strong focus on process improvement and operational optimization. Proven ability to align technical understanding with business needs, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency. The base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $114,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
