This is a unique hybrid role for someone who understands commercial refrigeration systems, controls/electronics, software diagnostics, customer communication, and sales. We are looking for a specialist who can not only diagnose and solve complex problems, but also build trust with customers and help grow the commercial side of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technical problem solving, advanced systems, commercial service work, and customer interaction.

• # Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, controls, communication, and automation issues
• Work with advanced diagnostic software, smart controls, and electronic systems
• Perform service, maintenance, startup, and system commissioning
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
• Communicate professionally with commercial customers
• Identify opportunities for repairs, upgrades, maintenance agreements, and system improvements
• Support estimating and commercial sales opportunities
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and field teams
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
• # Requirements
• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Strong electrical and controls troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of low voltage, relays, sensors, boards, and communication systems
• Experience with controls, automation, or software-driven diagnostics
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Valid driver's license

• Rack refrigeration experience
• BAS / Building Automation Systems
