Job Description

Project Summary:
The project includes onsite asset scanning, tagging, data collection, reconciliation with existing records and the General Ledger, audit-ready reporting, and implementation of an asset management system for ongoing tracking.
Mode of work:
Mostly Remote - Remote work; Onsite at District office / Concord, CA for kickoff, validation workshops, and final review if needed
Key Requirements:
4-6 years of experience with Excel, data cleanup, reconciliation, reporting, system configuration/imports Key Requirements Data validation, reconciliation with District records/GL, reporting, system data import, audit support
