We are looking for a qualified IT Technician that will install and maintain computer systems, servers, Office 365 Intune, Entra, and networks aiming for the highest level of functionality. You will "train" users of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure. A successful IT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks, operating systems, and Office 365 administration. This position requires an excellent working knowledge of Windows server operating systems and their various components. The ideal candidate will have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability. Job requires candidate to be able to work from home for remote support. Applicant must be self-motivated and be able to manage their time efficiently, without constant oversite. Candidate must live in the immediate Tulsa area and will be provided with company transportation. This is not a training position . The qualified candidate should be at least a tier 2 technician and possess the following skills. Including AD, DNS, DHCP, Scripts, Print management, RRAS, RDP, Hyper-V, and Group Policy Setup workstations, laptops and peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.) Setup and Maintain Office 365 tenants and administration Check computer hardware (HDD, peripherals, and etc.) to ensure functionality Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.) Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
