Lead the upgrade of IBM Security Directory Server (ISVD/IBM LDAP) from v10.x to v11.x on RHEL across multiple environments Ensure compatibility and stability for systems consuming LDAP services, including identity and access platforms Perform planning, execution, validation, and troubleshooting throughout the upgrade lifecycle Produce upgrade plans, runbooks, and supporting technical documentation required for successful delivery Partner with technical stakeholders to coordinate schedules, testing, and rollout activities Requirements for the

Hands-on experience administering and upgrading

Security Directory Server (ISVD) in enterprise environments Strong Linux experience (RHEL), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in production-like systems Proven ability to plan and execute version upgrades with validation, rollback planning, and post-upgrade support Experience creating clear technical documentation (upgrade procedures, implementation notes, and operational runbooks) Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote delivery model What's in it for you?
