Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an experienced IT Application Administrator to provide administrative support to the Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) IT procurement management system for non-standard technology requests.
The IT Application Administrator shall leverage modern technology knowledge, IT service management, and lifecycle management to support the non-standard IT requests within EOUSA. This includes the review of non-standard hardware, software, mobile applications, subscriptions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. The IT Application Administrator should have a baseline knowledge of modern technologies, ability to research IT components, and ensure compliance with
EOUSA IT
polices and security standards. The IT Application Adminstrator will serve as the primary point of contact for users, reviewing requests promptly, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction. The IT Application Administrator should have a high-level of communication skills to understand user requests and be able to make recommendations to senior management for approval or rejection.
Key Responsibilities:
Interface with the community, which includes project managers, developers, technical system owners and serve as a resource for the IT request management process.
Monitor and process requests daily to ensure timely processing.
Analyze and assess the risk and deployment into the EOUSA environment, checking current baselines and ATOs, and validating funding sources.
Requirements
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT field OR
2 years experience implementing, maintaining, and managing IT service requests in a complete IT environment.
Skill Sets:
Experience working with IT systems in an operational or support environment.
Familiarity with documenting or tracking hardware/software assets or changes.
Ability to learn EOUSA processes and tools with minimal ramp-up time.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications such as Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong organizational and written communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, operations, and program teams.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Secret clearance is required (can start with an Interim Clearance).
Must be able to obtain up to a Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), DevOps Configuration concepts (e.g. Ansible, Chef), and DevOps Release concepts (GitHub, DevSecOps).
Familiarity with Power Apps and SharePoint while being able to navigate dashboards and information stored on dashboards.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range:
$53122 - $90306

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
