SaferWay is seeking a qualified, professional, and motivated Level 1 Systems Administrator. The Level 1 Systems Administrator will be a key member of the service delivery operations to our clients. The individual will be responsible for providing support related to hardware, software and application issues in an efficient accurate manner. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Serve as Level 1 support support with hardware, software and application issues over email, phone or in-person Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users Assist and/or Lead in IT project implementations Document incidents and their resolution in our internal help desk ticketing software Qualifications Engaged in information technology or related field of study Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within IT Current working knowledge of servers, virtualization, firewalls, switches, wireless, desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, remote access, Microsoft Office, and common Windows-based applications Current working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, DHCP, file sharing, server migrations, and Windows server support Key Competencies Be positive, customer focused and service oriented Able to multitask and work under pressure Professional, organized, motivated and detail‐oriented Good oral and written communication skills Participate and contribute constructively to the IT team Excellent interpersonal skills About SaferWay Technologies SaferWay Technologies is a Managed IT Services provider, with a core focus on healthcare and medical practices.
