Job Description
Network Administrator Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin Inc.

- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other network hardware across all sites. Systems & Identity Architect
- Support administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Security/Compliance settings. Security & Compliance
- Support cybersecurity initiatives such as MFA, endpoint protection, email security, and vulnerability remediation. Technical Support & Operations
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for escalated issues from the service desk.
