Drive Performance. Keep Us Connected. Are you a hands-on Network Administrator who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments? Do you love solving complex problems, strengthening security, and keeping critical systems running smoothly? We're looking for a high-impact Network Administrator to take ownership of our infrastructure across San Diego and Anaheim locations. This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, but when things need hands-on attention, you're the one we trust to step in and get it done. If you want a role where you're not just maintaining systems, but actively improving, securing, and scaling them, this is it. What You'll Do You'll be the backbone of our network operations, ensuring everything runs securely, efficiently, and without interruption. Own and support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and internet connectivity across multiple sites Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and controllers Troubleshoot issues related to performance, outages, DNS/DHCP, routing, wireless, VPN, and VoIP Manage VLANs, segmentation, QoS, and secure remote access Strengthen our environment with modern network security best practices Lead patching, firmware updates, and lifecycle planning Partner with vendors and ISPs for installations, escalations, and optimization Support new site builds, expansions, and network refresh projects Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for complex issues Step onsite (Anaheim/San Diego) when needed for critical fixes, hardware installs, and troubleshooting Maintain clear documentation: network diagrams, configs, and change logs What Makes This Role Exciting High ownership

  • no two days are the same What You Bring Required Located in Southern California (within 2 hours of both Anaheim & San Diego) 3+ years of hands-on network administration (multi-site preferred) Strong knowledge of: TCP/IP, routing & switching VLANs, DNS, DHCP VPNs and wireless networking Experience managing firewalls and network security controls Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams Nice to Have Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA) Fortinet / FortiGate experience Microsoft 365 networking & identity knowledge VoIP / unified communications experience Monitoring, logging, or SIEM tools Certifications (Network+, CCNA, Fortinet, Microsoft, etc.
