Summary Job description Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud System Administrator / Oracle Cloud Administrator for a part-time, 6-month contract supporting an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and its underlying cloud infrastructure. The role spans both the SaaS (Fusion applications) and PaaS/IaaS (OCI) layers covering security and role administration, environment configuration, integration platform administration, and cloud governance. The successful candidate will work closely with the implementation partner, security, integration, and infrastructure teams to keep environments secure, compliant, and available. Key Responsibilities Fusion ERP (SaaS) Administration Administer roles and security, including role provisioning, custom role creation, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) review. Configure and maintain data access sets, data security policies, and data roles across business units. Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning, security console configuration, and periodic access certifications. Support Oracle quarterly update testing, environment configuration, and application-level troubleshooting. Oracle Cloud (PaaS / IaaS) Administration Administer OCI tenancy resources, compartments, IAM policies, and cost/resource governance. Manage Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) databases provisioning, scaling, backups, wallets, and access control. Administer Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) connections, environment configuration, monitoring, and integration lifecycle support. Configure and maintain private endpoints, VCNs, and network access to secure PaaS/SaaS connectivity. Security, Access & Connectivity Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) (SAML/OAuth, IdP federation) across Fusion and cloud services. Manage SSH and PGP keys, wallets, and certificates for secure integrations and file transfers. Coordinate listing and network/firewall access (IP allow-listing, ports, domains) with security and infrastructure teams. Support secure credential and secrets management across environments. Governance & Compliance Embed SOX controls, SoD, and change-management discipline into administration activities. Maintain audit-ready documentation of security configuration, access changes, and environment changes. Support internal audit and compliance reviews and uphold cloud governance and provisioning standards. Operations & Support Monitor environment health, availability, and performance across SaaS and PaaS. Manage service requests with Oracle Support and coordinate patching/maintenance windows. Support environment refresh (P2T/T2P), cloning, and configuration migration activities. Required Experience & Skills Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Cloud applications administrator (Security Console, roles, data access/security). Hands-on OCI administration experience (IAM, compartments, networking, resource governance). Experience administering ATP and OIC in an enterprise environment. Working knowledge of SSO/IdP federation, and management of SSH/PGP keys, wallets, and certificates. Experience configuring private endpoints, VCNs, and listing for secure connectivity. Understanding of SOX, SoD, and IT general controls in a regulated environment. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to coordinate with implementation, integration, and security teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM Cloud (e.g., ARCS, FCCS). Familiarity with Oracle's data integration tooling (Data Integration / OTBI / BI Publisher). Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification (e.g., OCI Architect / Administrator Associate). Prior contracting/consulting experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations.
