This position is responsible for managing Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), NinjaOne RMM, endpoint management, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, device deployment, user support, and technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six (6) years of progressive IT administration experience and will serve as the primary IT resource for CareChoice, supporting office staff, field staff, and leadership across Pennsylvania, Michigan, Texas, Florida, and future expansion states. This role requires a hands-on individual who can independently manage cloud systems, configure and deploy devices, troubleshoot technical issues, support office networks, and travel to company locations when on-site assistance is required. Healthcare and Home Care industry experience is strongly preferred. CareChoice is Great Place To Work Certified. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Administration Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment. Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and email security. Administer Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related services. Configure and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Manage Microsoft licensing and subscription assignments. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 user and system issues. Implement security, compliance, and data protection best practices. Maintain user access controls and permissions. Monitor Microsoft 365 security and compliance dashboards. Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) Manage Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, roles, and permissions. Configure Conditional Access Policies and Identity Protection settings. Maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations. Monitor identity security and authentication activity. Support account provisioning and deprovisioning. Maintain secure access management practices. Assist with cloud infrastructure administration and optimization. Endpoint & Device Management Deploy, configure, and maintain company-issued laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, scanners, and related equipment. Manage devices through NinjaOne and other endpoint management solutions. Install and configure operating systems, software applications, security tools, and business applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues. Perform device imaging, reimaging, upgrades, replacements, and repairs. Maintain accurate hardware inventory and asset tracking records. Ensure all devices remain secure and compliant with company standards. Assist employees with equipment setup and orientation. Coordinate shipping, deployment, and recovery of equipment for remote employees. NinjaOne Administration Manage and monitor the NinjaOne RMM platform. Deploy software, operating system updates, security patches, and configurations remotely. Monitor workstation health and performance. Investigate and resolve system alerts. Maintain endpoint security policies. Generate reports and recommendations for leadership. Proactively identify and remediate system vulnerabilities. Help Desk & Technical Support Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 technical support to office and remote employees. Troubleshoot computer, software, email, printer, network, and connectivity issues. Resolve Microsoft 365 access, licensing, and synchronization issues. Support remote workforce technologies and mobile devices. Document technical issues and resolutions. Provide exceptional customer service and user support. Escalate critical issues and manage resolution through completion. Network Administration & Infrastructure Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot office networks. Support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, structured cabling, and internet services. Monitor network performance, availability, and security. Coordinate with internet service providers and telecommunications vendors. Manage VPN access and remote connectivity solutions. Maintain documentation of network configurations and infrastructure. Recommend network improvements and technology upgrades. Assist with office buildouts, relocations, and network deployments. Cybersecurity & Compliance Monitor cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and system risks. Implement and maintain endpoint protection and security solutions. Manage antivirus, endpoint detection, and monitoring tools. Conduct routine security reviews and audits. Assist with HIPAA security compliance requirements. Support incident response and remediation efforts. Provide cybersecurity awareness and training to employees. Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures. Monitor and respond to phishing, malware, and unauthorized access attempts. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Create and configure user accounts, email accounts, and permissions. Set up Microsoft 365 licenses and access rights. Prepare and deploy equipment for new employees. Conduct technology onboarding and orientation. Disable accounts and recover equipment from departing employees. Maintain records of assigned devices and user access. Ensure all access is removed promptly upon termination. Healthcare Technology Support Support HHAeXchange users, permissions, and system-related issues. Troubleshoot software access and integration issues. Coordinate with software vendors regarding technical support matters. Maintain user access and security controls. Assist with healthcare technology implementation and upgrades. Support operational and compliance teams with technology-related requests. Vendor & Technology Management Serve as primary liaison with technology vendors and service providers. Manage relationships with Microsoft, NinjaOne, internet providers, phone system vendors, software vendors, and managed service providers. Coordinate software licensing, renewals, and subscriptions. Evaluate and recommend technology improvements. Assist leadership with IT purchasing and budgeting recommendations. Obtain quotes and oversee technology-related projects. Travel Requirements Travel to CareChoice office locations as needed. Provide on-site support in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Texas, and future expansion locations. Assist with office openings, relocations, and technology deployments. Conduct technology audits and equipment inventory reviews. Install and configure new equipment and network infrastructure. Respond to critical technical issues requiring physical presence. Be available for occasional after-hours and emergency support when necessary. Required Qualifications Minimum of six (6) years of IT Administration, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Support experience. Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). Experience with NinjaOne or a comparable Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform. Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments. Experience deploying, configuring, and managing business technology equipment. Experience managing user accounts, security permissions, and endpoint devices. Experience configuring and supporting office networks, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability and willingness to travel to company locations as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting healthcare, home care, home health, or related healthcare organizations. Experience with HHAeXchange. HIPAA compliance and healthcare security experience. Experience with Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM). Experience with VoIP phone systems and telecommunications. Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. Experience supporting multi-location organizations. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Microsoft certifications preferred. Experience managing cloud-based business environments.
