Not eligible for visa sponsorship This role serves as the technical subject matter expert and senior escalation point for enterprise print services, driving platform implementation, fleet management, and secure print infrastructure across a large-scale global environment. Job Summary Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for enterprise print services, supporting print operations, fleet management, and internal technical teams. Partner with vendor engineers to implement, configure, and troubleshoot the enterprise print management platform, including servers, network connectivity, VLANs, and integrations. Provide hands-on technical support across the full deployment lifecycle, including Proof of Concept, pilot, U.S. production rollout, and initial global rollout phases. Troubleshoot complex print, infrastructure, and network issues, coordinating resolution with vendors and internal technical teams as needed. Administer, monitor, and optimize the print environment using enterprise print management tools and related technologies. Monitor fleet health, availability, security, and compliance, partnering with Information Security and infrastructure teams to implement standards and remediate issues. Support printer discovery, onboarding, configuration, and migration activities associated with the global printer refresh.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. 5+ years of experience supporting and managing enterprise-scale print services, print management platforms, and supporting infrastructure. Experience supporting large-scale printer refresh, migration, or print platform implementation projects. Strong knowledge of enterprise printing, networking, infrastructure, and printer security and compliance best practices. Hands-on experience with enterprise print management tools such as Client Web Jetadmin, Client Advance, Client Security Manager, Streamline NX, or comparable platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues and provide recommendations based on technical expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Client Web Jetadmin, Client Advance, and Client Security Manager. Experience with Ricoh Streamline NX print management platform. Familiarity with enterprise print and pull-print solutions, including badge-based secure print release. Technical expertise supporting secure print capabilities such as print-anywhere functionality.
