Position Summary Limetree Labs is seeking a highly organized and meticulous Provisioning Technician to join our Client Services team. This role is responsible for preparing, configuring, deploying, and documenting client technology solutions including computers, laptops, user accounts, printers, mobile devices, VoIP phones, and related systems. The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure clients receive seamless onboarding and deployment experience. This role is critical to maintaining consistency, speed, and quality in all new user setups, hardware rollouts, and service provisioning requests. This position requires enthusiasm for client success and building long-term partnerships. We are looking for an individual who thrives in demanding environments, enjoys solving technical issues and processes, and is comfortable working directly with clients. We are looking for someone who wants to excel in their IT career and make great money. This hybrid role includes a mix of remote work, office time, and on-site travel to client locations. Travel is local with some regional travel. Do not apply if you do not like travel. Key Responsibilities Leverage IT expertise to design, implement, and standardize asset deployment deliverables for clients. Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals for client environments. Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, email systems, and cloud platforms. Provision VoIP phones, printers, copier devices, and network-connected hardware. Install required software, security tools, and company standard configurations. Create, modify, and maintain new device configuration standards. Maintain accurate asset tracking, inventory records, licensing, and documentation. Coordinate shipping, receiving, and staging of hardware for client deployments. Work closely with the Service Desk and Engineering teams to ensure smooth handoff of completed requests. Follow, create, and modify unique processes and checklist based on client need. Assist with onboarding/offboarding employee technology requests for client organizations. Provide on-site and remote support to clients for hardware, software, networking, and systems issues. Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/Tier 3 technical problems with minimal supervision. Document work performed, system changes, and client interactions in our PSA, and other tools. Function as a technical liaison for escalations and special projects. Support cloud services, VoIP systems, firewalls, and security appliances. Travel to client sites as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and client satisfaction. Qualifications Strongly Preferred MSP work experience. 3+ year experience in IT support, provisioning, help desk, or technical operations preferred. Strong understanding of Windows PCs, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across Windows, macOS, and common Linux distros. Experience with Active Directory, user management, and endpoint setup preferred. Strong organizational skills with high mindfulness. Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools (e.g., Halo PSA, NinjaOne, Hudu, and ScalePad) Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs Direct experience with routers, switches, and wireless technologies Scripting or automation skills a plus (PowerShell, Bash, Python) Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously. Excellent communication and customer service mindset Ability to lift and move standard computer equipment when needed. Valid driver's license preferred for occasional local client deliveries or set-ups. Soft Skills & Work Style Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work independently and manage time across remote, office, and field environments. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Documents needed for Air travel Comfortable adapting to various client environments and business cultures Certifications (Preferred, Not Required) CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
Microsoft Certified:
Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent Cisco CCNA or other network certifications Other vendor-specific certs (e.g., Sophos, Fortinet, Datto) are a plus. What Success Looks Like Devices are deployed accurately and on time. New employees are fully ready on Day 1 Inventory and documentation stay clean and current.
