• _•This position is onsite in Richardson, TX •_•What YOU will do:•+ You will work with one or more of the following technologies: Virtualization, Servers, Clients, Networking, Storage, Backup + You will regularly work with other members of the organization as part of a cross functional team + You will build strong relationships with customers and peers.

+ You will assist in driving escalations to resolution. + You will participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE) + You will use your technical knowledge and experience to facilitate resolution of service request and restoration tickets. + You will assist with the implementation of technical solutions to support the projects you are assigned. + Provide support for the Tier1 and Tier2 infrastructure teams.

• Qualifications YOU Must Have:

• + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree.

+ Active Secret Clearance is needed day one. + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. + Experience supporting technology in a professional environment, secure environment experience preferred: + Desktop Support, Server Administration, and Virtualization Technologies (VM Ware, etc.) + Linux Systems Administration + Networking (important) + Compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53) + Ability to obtain IAT Level II certification (ex. Sec+). Active cert preferred.

• The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
