Responsibilities:
The Records Administrator will support the Benefits Department's initiative to digitize all paper-based personnel files currently stored in the Personnel File Room. You will be primarily dedicated to auditing personnel files that are scanned by teammates. Responsibilities include handling and organizing confidential files, operating scanning equipment, and accurately entering records into a digital database according to established procedures. Your work will be routinely reviewed to ensure accuracy.Requirements:
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independentlyBenefits:
