• $60,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission iO Associates is looking for ambitious, driven, and relationship-focused individuals to join our growing Financial Services recruitment team in Tampa.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 6-18 months of financial services recruitment or sales experience who wants to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is a sales-focused 360 recruitment role where you will be responsible for candidate sourcing, client relationships, business development, lead generation, and account management across the Financial Services market. Our Financial Services team partners with organisations across the investment and private banking ecosystem, including funds, portfolio management firms, and businesses that support financial investment operations. This market focus offers consultants the opportunity to work with high-growth organisations outside of traditional retail banking environments.
