Job Description

As a member of our Technical Server Support team, you will provide technical assistance for Reynolds application servers and related computer equipment, including electronic document management systems and customer-facing kiosks. Support is provided 24/7, primarily by phone, to both customers and Reynolds field technicians. In this role, you will develop and maintain a strong level of technical expertise in server hardware, Linux, and proprietary software, while also evaluating new technologies. You will have the opportunity to recommend improvements to existing documentation and systems to enhance reliability. Responsibilities also include supporting and repairing internal production servers in company data centers, as well as QA and testing environments across the organization. Preferred qualifications Experience supporting application servers is a plus, but not required Previous customer service or field service experience Project management or involvement in technical projects Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 1 year of technical experience or completion of a relevant technical school program Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
